A Call to Christ

A light to see in all abroad,
both evil and alright.
Both good and those that are not right.
Be slow to anger,
and nea yea judge,
leave that for our father in heaven above.
To write; to change.
To help; to mend.
To love and not hate.
To love and not offend.
To give a hug to those in need,
a pickup from above.
Just show them the Lord our savior
and re-enfoce with love.
Soldiers of darkness we will not be,
for the calling is to light;
to right.
To rise for justice, hope, and dreams
and fight the ignorance, hate, and fear.
To help the lambs who've lost their way
return them to the flock.
To be a sheperd and to guide,
to lead the way not clear.
To make those blind to see.
To make those crippled walk.
To make them walk the grassy path
and not those trodden black.
To lead,
to live,
to happiness,
to hear the call to arms.
The bugle plays
the cry remains
the call to Christ has come!
