Sinner Saved, Sorrow Slain
|
My tears flow down,
They pool upon the floor.
I am no stranger to this place,
I have seen these sights before.
I am drowning in my sea of tears,
Treading water for so many years.
There seems to be no hope,
I flail and I grope,
For one shred of peace,
Drowning in this sea of disbelief.
I feel so alone,
There's no one here,
But then I see Him drawing near.
He reaches out His hand and clutches mine.
His hands are scarred,
but His eyes, they shine.
I was lost, but now I am found,
I was blind but now I see.
My tears fell down, all in vain,
For the Savior has taken away my pain.
