When Winter Came

When Winter came the old man stuffed newspaper in his shoes. The holes were large, the paper old — He'd read all its bad news He found a vacant park bench and went to sleep that night. Without a pillow for his head, Death covered him in snowy white.

When Winter came it came with a fury. It covered the earth with a blanket so white. I thought of nature under that blanket wanting to wake for spring. yes, winter is a time that nature rest while waiting for its rebirth. yes, winter came with a fury to let us know that spring is near.

When Winter came I was cold and froze But you gave me warmth to melt the frost outside from the inside.
When winter came I was meant to die But you confused me and made me think it was still summer
When winter came We made everything warm Our hot breath made the cold winds feel like a gentle summer breeze.

When Winter came i sat and thought of you. the shadows of the fire leaped along the brick cold wall. The chestnuts that were roasting had filled the air.when winter came, i layed down and closed my eyes, my mind was jinggling with the thoughts of you, your smile, your touch, the love in which it held all the warmth of the world. winter can come all it wants, i'm not afraid, no, i am not, for i know that your love would keep my warm all day and night long.

When Winter came the snow fell silently, no bird's flutter could be heard, only the silence of the beating of a lonely heart. The fire's flame lapped endlessly in the pit, burning through the night, its heat intensifies with the hands of time, yet it isn't strong enough to melt the ice that had settled in this empty heart of mine. when winter came, the coldness wrapped around my soul, yet it didn't matter, and I didn't care, for you are not here with me to make the winter's of tomorrow fade away.

When Winter came i cried i didnt know what to do winters white blankets remind me too well of you. We cuddled up by fires. We danced in a tornado of frost. I never thought that winter could be gone or lost. Now each flake reminds me of you everyday. I shovel trying to forget but i remember anyway. The way your wore your gloves brings a shimmer into my eye The colors of your scarf blind me and i cry. One day the snow will melt and so will my heart spring will bring flowers and tear us apart.

When Winter came I was not prepaired for the harsh, yet tempting sweet coolnest of breath, that once inhaled seemed to burn with warmth so that my lungs fougth to exhale and dare not breath once more. I stride on into the damp uneasy night in search of Spring.

When Winter came When Winter came, he knew it was no game. When Winter came, the Wind spoke her name. When Winter came, nothing was the same. The air grew still, the sun sat quietly on the horizon, the trees watched as its branches began to whither. When Winter came,,,no one was to blame.. When Winter came, she stood infront of him, face to face, eye to eye. Unspoken words, forbidden thoughts, things wanted and unwanted, said and unsaid. When Winter came, everyone else had gone. When Winter came, he knew her name, he wanted the same, he played her game....... when Winter came.....

When Winter came my tears froze again, And nothing could thaw them like a friend. I wait for spring to come back to me, And I will be thawed, I will be free. For now I am trapped inside this cage, Only love could thaw me, not this rage. For now I wait to be rescued and cared, And Spring and I will finally be paired.

When Winter came And the leaves had fallen The grass had dimmed and the air was solemn.
I sit upon the decaying stump dreaming in lands of green I only wish that when winter ends, everything will be back and sane.
That is the year, When winter came.

When Winter came and crystals grew,it only made me think of you. the love we had,the love i knew,my heart that i so sweetly gave to you. when the snow fell down on to my roof and around my room,i couldnt help but think of you. i couldnt help but miss you so.i couldnt help not letting you go. when the frozen waters crossed the lakes and little ice began to flake,i saw your face in every one,i heard your laugh,i saw you run.i remembered your kiss, how it lingered on my lips, and so dear love i promis you this:ill love you forever and never let go.when winter comes again, you'll be here.i'll hold you close and kiss your lips,i'll have you back,i promis you this. when winter came he was gone.

When Winter came When winter came I could see, When winter came you never really loved me, When winter came you wern't there for thee, When winter came all came to be, When winter came I had such hard times, When winter came so stressed so lied to, When winter came I got over you, When winter came from something to nothing is the truth, When winter came it actually worked, When winter came I got over that jurk, When winter came I didn't need you, When winter came I didn't love you.

When Winter came I never thought of yesterday because the past may not exist.
I'll never give myself away when there's reson to resist. Words draped in crytals melt away.
Outside the snow keeps falling, if your cold then I'll come calling.
These winter days I find, seems your always on my mind.
Oh if you only knew, just how much I think of you.
I might not be so cold, if I had your hand to hold.
